Ford Escape Windshield Washer Pump Not Working

I looked at the fuse diagram but cant seem to see one labelled for the washer pump. The wipers and washer won t operate but it will activate the washer s fuse. I dont think its clogged because it was working for the first 10 minutes while i was driving. The pump is bi directional and is fused thru the front windshield wiper fuse.
