Set your heat press temperature to 305 f. Flip shirt over and press backside for 10 15 seconds. If possible one that doesn t have a bunch of big steam holes on the bottom will work best but you can work with whatever you have at home. I like to pre heat my shirts and other blanks before applying the heat transfer vinyl.
