Be careful not to soak the floors. Sweep the floor thoroughly to remove all traces of dirt. Dry your floors right away making sure to wipe over any footprints that you ve left behind. Let the floor air dry or dry it with a microfiber cloth if it s more than a little damp. Mix a solution of one tablespoon baking soda per one cup of warm water and stir before using. Mop your floor from the center outwards re soaking and wringing your mop as needed. Use a sponge mop and wring it out well each time you dip it into the cleaning solution. Apply your solution to the floor using a spray bottle or microfiber mop.

Dry the floor with a soft cloth immediately after mopping. Mop the floor with this solution but keep in mind that water can damage laminates. Do this buy a nice microfiber mop where the microfiber cloth can be. The proper technique helps cut through the film and leave your laminate shiny as new.
