Roll a solvent based sealer on top of your clean floors to add more shine. Regular sweeping and weekly cleaning with a mop and mild solution of dish soap and water should help concrete keep its shine. Then move up to a 150 grit bonded diamond or something finer if necessary. At this point in the process apply a chemical hardener to the floor s surface to densify the concrete.
